TURNER, MI | 2019 Buick EncoreFebruary 21, 2023Well I rolled up for my appointment they didn’t open garage door for a bit , I then walked my keys in let them know I set my appt with Macy online , they were not aware , was told they don’t know about Macy it’s GM, service was quick about an hour , went up to pay was shell shocked abit about the price I chose standard oil change which was around $28 , the bill they gave was for $59.95 I said oh , that’s not what online says , so once again was told they have nothing to do with it , it’s GM, the fella was nice and dropped my bill to $39.95. This was kind of just a confusing mess ;(. I will probably still get my oil changed there but , I’ll be prepared a little better for confusion…. -GailResponse from Richardson Chevrolet Buick
